Angela is a seasoned advisor, retail thought leader and brand disrupter. She has been recognized as a CSA Top Woman In Retail, a Remodista Women2Watch in Business Disruption and Innovation, Retail Innovator by Retail Touchpoints and Design Influencer from design:retail Magazine.
Throughout her impressive 20-year tenure, Angela established the retail benchmark for the mattress industry, propelling Sleep Number’s growth from $300 million to over $2 billion. Recognized with over 30 design, innovation, technology awards, transformed the Sleep Number brand from a “as seen on tv” mattress retailer into the sleep and wellness technology leader.
Her expertise extends to speaking engagements and publications, where she shares insights on retail innovation, technology integration, consumer strategy and experiential marketing. Angela’s influence also extends to advisory roles, including IrisCX, Retail Touchpoints and The Goldstein Museum of Design. Additionally, she co-founded GreenDog Botanics, a Pet Wellness company.
Angela is currently an Executive Consultant at AAG consulting, where she draws upon her decades of retail experience to lead digital-first strategies for retailers and guide go-to-market and brand strategies for B2B consumer-centric tech firms.
